Introducing: Prova Select

Prova Select is our new line of single barrel, cask strength aged spirits hand-selected for their ability to hold up in cocktails. We have always said that we don’t have room to age spirits, but we still want to make sure that we are always offering our guests the highest quality. Prova Select debuts with our first offerings of Bourbon, and Rye.
