What is a cocktail-driven nano-distillery?
It means that we are not a distillery with an onsite cocktail bar, but a cocktail bar, that happens to be a distillery. We have a small 1000 square foot production space, and everything we create here is used in our cocktail program. We operate like a scratch kitchen, but for drinks.
Our beverages are made almost entirely with products produced at Prova. Often we take advantage of our distillery designation to produce unique items specifically for our cocktails. For example, de-alcoholizing wine for our NA program.
